It turned out to be the most beautiful day for Kate and Liam’s Montreal engagement session. It was a warm fall day, with the sun shining, colorful leaves everywhere, and beautiful crisp air.
I’m so glad I was invited up to their new home in the city. It was perfect just to walk around their area getting to know each other better and seeing all the amazing places that are becoming places where awesome new memories are being made. Capturing those places that are becoming special to Kate and Liam was such a fantastic idea. These images will bring them such fond memories of their time in Montreal. Like walking past the very old Fire Station that although turned into a business, it’s original charm has been maintained. Even better, hanging outside the location where the best Chinese food can be had despite the delipidated look of the building. What better way to have your pictures taken with each other. What better way to capture the locations that are becoming such fond memories already to have so that you can share those experiences with your children to come, or your parents who reside elsewhere. Even with your friends.
