Having an October Wedding could mean that if you have the nuptials outside by the waterfront, it might just be a little windy and chilly. But honestly, why not? It was still beautiful and a little fun watching Rachelle’s veil blow all around. If you’re a guest and think you might find it a little too cold, wrap yourself in a nice warm little blanket and enjoy the fresh air before the last bit of colorful leaves fall to the ground and snow arrives. If you are lucky though, you might just find that your October Wedding is so beautifully warm you could eat outside. This was not the case today however.
The Kingston Yacht Club provided the perfect backdrop for Rachelle and Andrew’s fall wedding with the waves crashing up along the shoreline behind them, the sails flapping in the wind, and the cool breeze blowing the veil over their faces in half of the outdoor shots. Good thing there was some beautiful window light for some indoor shots while the couple warmed themselves a little.
I also found that this wedding was one of the most relaxed days I’ve ever had the privilege to capture. This couple when we first met said they were laid back and they were not lying. I’m excited to show you some of their sneak peeks and it was so hard to keep it to a few. Congratulations Rachelle and Andrew!
