Welcome baby Audrey
Oliver and Lily welcome baby Audrey home just in time to celebrate Christmas with them….and they’re jumping for joy! Especially Oliver since Audrey was not born on his birthday. I don’t blame him for not wanting to share his birthday with his sister because I wouldn’t either.
The family came to the studio for a family and maternity session combined with a little lifestyle feel and a bit of glamour maternity just before Christmas. They were so much fun and I was looking forward to photographing them again once the baby arrived. When I did photograph them at their home, it was like a mini play date getting to see what the kids interests were and seeing their very cool rooms and there always seems to be jumping on beds when I come. Baby Audrey was such a good little baby too. She pretty much slept through the session despite any chaos going on, so I was able to capture a few sleepy poses as well.
I love doing these lifestyle sessions with a family as these are the moments I would want as a parent. To capture the interactions with one another, the little quirks each personality has, and what makes them unique as a family. These are the most precious moments to remember.
